Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Trust and Estate Administration Attorney to become a vital part of our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust management, along with a comprehensive understanding of estate laws in North Carolina, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Trust and Estate Management: Oversee all facets of estate and trust management, including probate processes, trust funding, and asset allocation.
  2. Client Advisory: Offer expert legal counsel to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust management, and associated legal issues.
  3. Document Drafting: Prepare and review essential legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations governing estate and trust management.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that may arise during the administration process.
  6. Collaborative Efforts: Partner with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to support clients' holistic estate planning requirements.
  7. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support personnel within the firm.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust management.
