Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Estate/Trust Administration Attorney to become a vital part of our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of expertise in estate and trust administration, along with a comprehensive understanding of estate laws relevant to the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Estate and Trust Management: Oversee all facets of estate and trust management, which includes probate processes, trust funding, and distribution of assets.
  2. Client Advisory: Offer professional legal counsel to clients concerning estate planning, trust management, and associated legal issues.
  3. Document Drafting: Prepare and evaluate wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations regarding estate and trust management.
  5. Dispute Resolution: Tackle and resolve any conflicts that may emerge during the management process.
  6. Collaborative Efforts: Partner with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to meet clients' comprehensive estate planning requirements.
  7. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support personnel within the firm.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
Active membership in the State Bar.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust management.
