Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health Start-Senior Clerk to join our team at TekWissen Group. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls and accurately log staff locations and planned activities in our system.
  • Update call-out voicemails and extract sign-in/out data.
  • Ensure confidentiality by verifying visitor sign-in/out and authorized access.
  • Perform diligent searches using FLMMIS, Change Healthcare, and WFS Wells Family System to update client demographic information.
  • Data Entry: Enter birth outcomes, screening forms into HMS, referrals into WFS Wells Family System, and demographic updates into WPF Wells Family System.
  • Case Assignment: Assign cases to case intake and referral personnel, case coordinators, and nurses.
  • Filing: File all entered screening forms by the end of the day.
  • Supplies: Distribute office supplies and Health Start Mall items.
  • Reports: Complete and submit Health Start Mall, Central Florida Diaper Bank, SEN Substance Exposed Newborns reports to supervisor.
  • Time Report: Accurately complete and timely submit all administrative documents, including time sheets.
