Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Tax Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Tax Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns while navigating the intricate tax implications of upcoming mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely and accurate submission of tax returns
  • Navigate the intricate tax implications of upcoming mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and implement company-wide international planning initiatives
  • Support the development of international principal company structure and legal entity rationalization projects
  • Research and monitor issues and changes in international tax
  • Assist with the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies
  • Coordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors
  • Assist with management and coordination of international tax audits
Requirements
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Big 4 and/or combination with technology industry experience preferred
  • 5+ years of international tax experience
  • Strong international tax planning and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess great project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organization skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
