Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Tax Manager to join our team at Trimble. As a key member of our Tax Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns while navigating the intricate tax implications of upcoming mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement international tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with business partners to identify and address international tax issues, and provide assistance on the development and implementation of company-wide international planning initiatives.
  • Support the development of international principal company structure, including legal entity rationalization projects and other international reorganizations.
  • Research and monitor issues and changes in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and US international tax impact.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, including the review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies.
  • Coordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors.
  • Assist with management and coordination of international tax audits.
Requirements
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • 5+ years of international tax experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or technology industry.
  • Strong international tax planning and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess great project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong organization skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
