We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to assist in various functions within our mental health and specialty pharmacy. This role primarily involves dispensing medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (lunch 12pm – 1pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and clinic personnel
- Process prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the guidance of the registered pharmacist
- Manage the ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmacy supplies
- Handle wholesaler medication orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records by verifying medication stock and entering data into the system
- Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the pharmacy department
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
- Occasionally travel to the bank or post office as needed (approximately once per month); personal vehicle usage will be reimbursed for mileage

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Oregon
- Reliable transportation and a valid US driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 6+ months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
