Lead Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Lead Sales Consultant to join our team at Removery LLC, a leading provider of laser tattoo removal services. As a Lead Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client education through consultative sales, collaborating with in-studio Laser Specialists to deliver a holistic client experience, and driving sales through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct consultations to educate clients on laser tattoo removal processes and drive sales through consultative selling.
- Demonstrate ethical sales practices, communicate realistic removal expectations, and showcase the value of our services.
- Effectively articulate Removery's financing options to clients and partner with the Contact Center and in-studio Laser Specialist to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain detailed client records, manage follow-up processes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead the studio team in understanding KPIs, targets, and reporting for goal achievement.
- Handle administrative tasks, manage bookings, and maintain studio cleanliness.
- Engage in community networking, build referral relationships, and participate in brand-wide initiatives.
- Possess a passion for helping people and building relationships, with enthusiasm for the tattoo industry.
- Have sales experience, preferably conducting client consultations to overcome objections.
- Be motivated by quota-driven environments, bonus opportunities, and growth mindsets.
- Possess strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in collaborative teams.
