Job Title: Anti-Human Trafficking Crisis Response Coordinator

At The Salvation Army Eastern Territory, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Anti-Human Trafficking Crisis Response Coordinator. This critical role requires a strong understanding of human trafficking, crisis intervention, and case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency response and short-term comprehensive care for victims of human trafficking, including domestic and labor trafficking.
  • Assess immediate needs and conduct intakes, ensuring victims receive necessary services, including safe temporary housing, clothing, food, medical care, and mental health care.
  • Develop safety plans and service plans in coordination with victims, utilizing Salvation Army and other resources to support their needs.
  • Provide limited-time provision of shelter-based/home-based case management to help clients achieve their goals, including permanent housing, legal assistance, employment, counseling, and linkage to benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and timely case notes, complete reports, and participate in data collection and program reporting.
  • Support the coordination and development of resources and tools for the AHT hotline and crisis programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience working with victims of human trafficking or other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence or sexual assault.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per The Salvation Army insurance standards.
