Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and SCM applications, including Financials, Supply Chain & Order Management, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and other related business processes.
  • Develop and lead business functional and technical project teams to design, implement, integrate, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud applications to drive the company's large-scale transformation objectives.
  • Rationalize current processes and applications in favor of standard Oracle Cloud technology and deliver a rigorous project management process and governance structure.
  • Maintain close key stakeholder relationships and ensure optimal change management & organizational buy-in.
  • Ensure the essential deployment of a robust post-go-live operating model for the Oracle Cloud applications & infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, information systems, or related field required (master's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience).
  • 5-10 years of experience implementing large-scale ERP-led enterprise transformational initiatives, with at least one Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
  • Oracle University cloud application certifications desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience transitioning complex ERP platforms across technologies with complex data conversion requirements.
  • At least 8-10 years of management and project management experience, managing large-size teams with a mixture of direct reports and consultants.
  • At least 10 years of cross-departmental working business experience, with demonstrated ability to successfully engage, empathize, and connect with a wide variety of business owners and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Renewable energy industry experience is desirable.
  • Multi-cultural and multi-regional experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 10-20% of time.
