Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home parent education and support to families in need

  • Connect families with community resources and natural supports

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Two years of experience working with families and children
  • Computer and software knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent judgment and ability to handle emotionally demanding situations
  • Bilingual skills required
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
