Keyholder Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Keyholder to join our retail sales team. As a key holder, you will be responsible for leading shift operations, managing store inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and a passion for cooking and educating others.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead shift operations and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Manage store inventory and replenish products as needed
- Partner with management to achieve business objectives
- Provide personalized product demonstrations and special events
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
