Experienced Sales Representative for Custom Window Solutions

Renewal by Andersen is a leading provider of custom window and door solutions. Our team is seeking an experienced sales representative to join our San Francisco territory.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing product demonstrations, and discussing custom quotes. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and comfort with traveling 2 hours daily are required.
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week, plus commissions up to 8% of revenue generated on sales contracts. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(K) program with employer match, and paid training program.
Our sales consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential, with average annual earnings ranging from $200,000 to $300,000+. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong desire to close sales.
To succeed in this role, the sales representative must be able to navigate various applications on an iPad, attend regular sales meetings, and adhere to a structured sales process.
