Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain accurate student attendance, demographic, and enrollment data
  • Communicate with staff and parents using our Student Information System
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding student information
  • Compile files and reports as requested by administrators and teachers
  • Provide administrative assistance, including answering phones, making copies, and generating memos
Requirements
  • Two years of college or technical school with computer operations coursework
  • Two years of office/clerical experience or two years of experience in a school setting with proven Excel proficiency
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately enter and verify student information data
  • Ability to use a computer and other electronic devices for data recording and report generation
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 12-month pay rate of $2,755.95 per month. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to lift up to 30 pounds.
