Pricing Intelligence Manager

At KPMG, we're seeking a Pricing Intelligence Manager to join our Growth and Strategy organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining practice-facing and leadership-level dashboard and data visualizations in support of our overall vision. This includes visioning ideal methods of visualizing pricing-related information, data curation and cleansing, and leveraging Alteryx and Power BI to build out dashboards for firmwide consumption.

Key responsibilities include leading x-functional sessions with Finance and Accounting, and Digital Nexus to build data automations and integration points into KPMG systems. You'll also take ownership of the overall management of the price intelligence program, one of our key strategic programs within the P&CE. This involves leading data collection and curation efforts through third-party vendors, publicly available web content, internal data and intelligence teams, and historic KPMG data.

As a Pricing Intelligence Manager, you'll be responsible for conducting x-functional sessions with Finance and Accounting, and Digital Nexus to build data automations and integration points into KPMG systems. You'll leverage tools and technology to disseminate information in a scalable way and understand how the effort ties into overall strategic goals. Additionally, you'll oversee pricing data projects that support our overall strategy and vision of the P&CE, building AI and machine learning modeling on price and market intelligence databases.

Key qualifications include a minimum five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field and a minimum two years of relevant recent experience in a data-automation and visualization role. You'll also need a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably a Master of Business Administration or Master of Arts. Expert technology experience in Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI is required, as well as advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function with proven leadership career path acceleration is also necessary. Knowledge of pricing strategy and program implementations, hands-on experience of designing and implementing data solutions, supporting pricing data and analytics programs, and familiarity of data science concepts and their application in a pricing or relevant business setting are also required.

KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a competitive salary range, medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits to support your mental health. We also provide Personal Time Off per fiscal year, as well as two firmwide breaks each year where employees will not be required to use Personal Time Off. Additional details about our benefits can be found on our KPMG US Careers site.
