Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
