About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at a National General Contractor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of ground-up wood-frame multi-family projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction field supervision.
  • Experience with ground-up post-tension multi-family construction required.
  • Experience with projects $30M+.
  • At least three years as a lead superintendent.
