About the Role

Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a dynamic start-up company in the dental industry to find a highly skilled Dental Revenue Cycle Manager to lead their revenue cycle team from their Denver, CO headquarters. This is a fully remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $75-85K per year and flexible PTO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the revenue cycle team, ensuring accurate and timely revenue collection while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and enhancing overall department performance.
  • Monitor team performance and quality, analyzing reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, reaching 90% of accrual collections at 4 weeks after production and insurance DSO average of 20 days or less.
  • Support offices' patient AR collection process to achieve an average of 30 DSO.
  • Work with the insurance payment posting team to achieve a 98%+ posting rate daily.
  • Manage third-party vendors to maximize their results and guarantee expected outcomes.
  • Maintain and update the SOP guide.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all team members, achieving a minimum of 4/5 score or higher from weekly satisfaction surveys.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Strengthen communication flow between RCM and Operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of dental revenue cycle management experience.
  • 5+ years of dental office management experience.
  • Managed at least $20 million in revenue.
  • Oversight of direct reports through multiple locations.
  • Extensive knowledge of dental insurance verification, claim submission, collections, patient A/R management, credentialing, payor relations, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in dental coding and terminology.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, leadership, and process improvement.
