AdeIphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team in a correctional facility in Delano, California. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting initial mental health evaluations, performing suicide risk evaluations, and conducting therapy sessions and clinical interviews. You will also be responsible for identifying signs of psychiatric disorders, collaborating with medical and support staff, and documenting patient care. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, applying ethical standards, and ensuring safety and security measures are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a valid and active LPCC license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Science, at least 12 consecutive months of performing similar services within the last 3 years, and BLS certification from an American Heart Association provider.
