Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Research Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging potential study participants, particularly those concerned about memory loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit study participants through short telephone interviews and make outbound calls to achieve appointment scheduling goals.
  • Build rapport with potential participants to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Promote Irvine Clinical Research's services and the opportunity to advance the fight against Alzheimer's Disease via study participation.
  • Work independently while being accountable to recruitment goals.
  • Input data into electronic systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with other recruitment, marketing, and outreach efforts as needed.
Requirements
  • A welcoming, friendly, and professional attitude and demeanor.
  • Ability to consistently build trust and rapport with persons concerned about memory.
  • High attention to detail for all work responsibilities.
  • Time management skills to coordinate and manage recruitment calls efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience speaking with people with cognitive issues or older adults.
  • Call center or clinical research experience.
  • Salesforce/CRM/CTMS experience.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in the Alzheimer's Orange County building in Irvine. The starting salary for this position is $25 per hour (approximately $52k per year). The company pays for 100% of health/dental/vision individual insurance costs for eligible full-time employees. Vacation (PTO) is earned at a rate of 3 weeks per year.
