Job Description

Fathom Management LLC is seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager to join our team.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $95,000, based on experience and technical interview.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 to 3 days of in-office work per week.

The location for this position is Ft Belvoir, VA.

An Active Secret Clearance is required for this role.

We are looking for a Knowledge Manager with the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office business applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to certify for Microsoft Power Platform Fundamental, with the hiring manager willing to cover the cost of certification upon hiring.
  • Experience in designing and implementing knowledge management frameworks, including developing processes, protocols, and applications for managing, automating, and storing information, making it accessible, controlling access, and capturing new knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain a searchable knowledge base within the program or department.

Required Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or no Bachelor's degree and 9 years of experience.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamental certification is mandatory.
