Global Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Round Rock ISD. This role will focus on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the Clinical Trials division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, clinical trials, or central laboratory services.
About the Opportunity
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to driving business growth and achieving excellence in all areas of operations. As a Sales and Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for creating awareness in key markets, developing and implementing effective sales campaigns, and converting qualified leads into successful business opportunities. Your expertise will help us achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth within the Clinical Trials business.
Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth within the Clinical Trials division
• Create awareness in key markets through targeted marketing campaigns
• Develop and execute pre/post trade show/event campaigns to drive activities and maximize return on investment
• Leverage lead generation tools such as Salesforce.com and industry leading tools like Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, and Sales Navigator
• Collaborate with the GBD team and Marketing to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
• Represent ACM Global Laboratories at client presentations, bid defenses, and industry conferences/events as required
Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in sales within the life science, clinical trials, central laboratory, or pharmaceutical industries. Experience with Salesforce.com and industry leading tools is preferred. We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.
