Job SummaryThe Relationship Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships to drive sales growth and revenue for ADRI. This role requires a consultative sales style, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze market trends and identify viable target clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate connections and relationships with commercial decision-makers, centers of influence, and referral partners to grow a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Responsible for stewarding existing client/partner base and creating new account relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying prospects to formalizing customer relationships and stewarding the customer experience.
- Deliver effective, consultative sales meetings in-person and maintain exceptional internal and external customer communication.
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas and goals, and create sales activity reports.
- Analyze and implement business development opportunities and strategies, and identify and initiate contact with target customers and influencers.
- Visit job sites and collaborate with project managers and operations colleagues to support customer experience excellence.
- Actively participate and network in industry-related trade organizations promoting the company services.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably selling a service.
- Majority of time is spent on outside sales calls, may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Experience selling to insurance agents, small service contractors, property and facility managers/property owners preferred but not required.
- Excellent sales and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the position.
