Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Center Representative to join our team at QNB Bank. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Model QNB Service and Sales Programs: You will be responsible for modeling QNB's Service and Sales programs with creativity and energy, ensuring that goals are achieved and quality standards are met or exceeded.
  2. Build Customer Relationships: You will build customer relationships by being accountable for representing QNB to the customer in a courteous, confidential, and professional manner, and for providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing transactions through consultative selling and cross-selling.
  3. Evaluate Customer Needs: You will evaluate customer needs through the use of open-ended questions and refer customers to the appropriate resource.
  4. Open, Close, and Service Deposit Products: You will open, close, and service every type of deposit product.
  5. Complete Consumer Loan Applications: You will complete consumer loan applications.
  6. Champion QNB Service and Sales: You will have strong QNB product knowledge and actively champion QNB Service and Sales, referral, and product campaigns.
  7. Complete Compliance Training: You will complete assigned compliance training in a timely manner and demonstrate the ability to apply training to your duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  1. Successful Experience: You will have successful experience working with customers and co-workers.
  2. Basic CSR Training: You must complete basic CSR training within the first 6 months of employment.
  3. Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills that model QNB's sales efforts, including the ability to identify and fulfill customers' current and future needs.
  4. Education and Experience: You will require completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent, and have excellent reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  5. Compliance: You will fulfill QNB compliance in operations and security procedures by adhering to government regulations, QNB policy, and established procedures.
Desirable Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
  1. Standard Office and Phone Equipment: You will be able to operate standard office and phone equipment, including an adding machine, and possess keyboarding and standard computer skills.
  2. Previous Banking Experience: You will have previous or current banking experience.
