Job Title: Event Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to join our Marketing & Events team at Publicis Health Media. As an Event Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing our annual event, The PHM HealthFront, as well as supporting various marketing projects throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the VP, Programming and Events in planning, organizing, and executing events, client gatherings, internal meetings, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Events team to define goals, set timelines, and communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Manage the event lifecycle to ensure project completion.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, requesting purchase orders, and processing vendor invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years experience in project management and event planning.
  • Experience streamlining and implementing processes.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet or similar tools.
