Customer Success Manager for Private Market Client Services

Job Description:
The Private Market group of Fidelity Stock Plan Services is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, helping them through onboarding, and ensuring a smooth renewal process.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of a team that collaborates frequently with product and development teams, and stays in close touch with our sales team as they bring in new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Fidelity Private Shares platform to guide clients on use of our workflows, reports, and data room.
- Host regular check-in meetings with company executives to ensure a positive experience with the FPS platform.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and their first actions on the platform.
- Consult with clients as they raise funding and hit other important milestones in their company lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a customer success or account management role in a B2B SaaS company or startup environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Passion for assisting clients to use the FPS platform successfully.
