Job Summary:

Fidelity s Workplace Investing (WI)/Healthcare (HCG) business units help employers offer successful benefit programs to improve their employees overall well-being. The Stock Plan Services (SPS) and NQ Deferred Comp (NQDC) Domain exists to focus and deliver upon the needs of our Stock Plan and NQDC Clients and their Participants. The domain focuses on four major tenets in operating principles and design decisions:

  • Delivering Customer Value: Listening and adapting to our customers (Sponsors and Participants) needs to deliver the best SPS and NQDC experience.
  • Enabling Growth: Developing new capabilities to attract prospects and enable us to enter new markets
  • Driving Scale and Efficiency: The opportunity to bring value in our market starts with reducing unit costs.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Celebrating differing voices and perspectives in our products and our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic direction for the Product Area and ensure continued alignment and prioritization in the work being delivered.
  • Partner with Fidelity Labs on the integration of the Fidelity Private Shares platform into the equity compensation ecosystem.
  • Help shape the overall Private Market platform strategy from early stage to late-stage support.
  • Proactively partner with the SPS & NQDC Leadership Team, other Domain, Product Areas, Chapter Area, COE, and Team leaders to understand the needs of customers and business partners, establish objectives and critical metrics, and evaluate capacity needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record leading multiple, cross-functional teams across various products, customer segments, and technology platforms, in an agile fashion.
  • Experience engaging with executive and senior (C-suite) internal and external customers and partners.
  • Experience defining and leading sophisticated products and programs within the domain and across the business.
  • Financial services experience, with private and public equity administration experience, a plus.
  • Bachelor s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of work experience.
