This role is responsible for securing leases across our diverse portfolio while consistently meeting weekly targets by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Sales professionals handle inquiries from various channels (phone, email, walk-in, online chat) and manage follow-up requests to provide a seamless customer experience.
- The sales process involves proactively interacting with customers to ensure their Saturday experience is of the highest quality.
- Candidates must effectively communicate with active prospects.
- A consultative leasing approach is used to elevate customer needs, highlighting relevant benefits.
- Prospective residents are thoroughly qualified, and records are updated as necessary.
- A seamless sales experience is provided to customers through collaboration with other team members throughout the sales process.
- Candidates will travel to multiple sites to lease apartment homes, achieving occupancy/availability goals for the division.
- Lease renewal offers are distributed and tracked according to current policy and procedure guidelines.
- Candidates support the company's culture and values to achieve top Satisfacts survey scores and reviews.
- Weekly/monthly market surveys are completed, and pricing updates are performed.
- All activity and customer information are accurately recorded in company-provided databases in a timely manner.
- The interactive pricing application tool is utilized for every lease transaction, supporting the company's goals and initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment
- Superior customer service skills and desire to help people
- Strong detail orientation, administrative and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers, including word processing, excel, calendar management, software/database
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors
**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $65,000 per year
