Responsibilities:
  • Lease apartments to new residents
  • Show and lease apartments to potential residents
  • Process applications and guide residents through the leasing process
  • Interact with current and prospective residents, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Promote positive resident relations and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote vacant units

Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience working as a leasing consultant at a multifamily community of 100+ units
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to promote vacant units and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi, RealPage, Lead2Lease, CRM, etc.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to different property locations
