The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and engineering, with a passion for driving transformation and growth.

Job Description
As the Head of Architecture and Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our technical teams to deliver high-quality products and services. In your first 30 days, you will onboard and get familiar with the people, products, and departments that make Medisolv run. You will establish an Architecture Review process and KPIs for success, create standard documentation format for Product Scoping, and demonstrate value of Architectural process in delivery.
In your first 3 months, you will formalize enablers to drive culture of agile design, data mesh architecture, and test-driven development, establish UX Design and Prototype delivery process and KPIs, and select and drive implementation of usage monitoring tool. In your first 6 months, you will establish simplification plan with target architecture, and demonstrate scalable UX design process and implementation.
