Position Overview

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Therapist for a full-time role within an educational setting. This position involves working closely with students to support their communication needs.

As a Speech-Language Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders to determine eligibility for services.
  • Facilitating meetings such as assessments, Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and parent consultations to share evaluation findings and develop treatment strategies.
  • Creating a variety of documentation including treatment plans, progress reports, and necessary correspondence to track and communicate treatment outcomes.
  • Addressing inquiries from parents, educators, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and needs.
  • Managing Medicaid billing processes in accordance with established policies.

In addition to possessing clinical knowledge in speech-language pathology, ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. We are looking for individuals who excel at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
