Position Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Overview: Soliant is in search of a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our educational team. This role focuses on supporting students with speech and language challenges, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language requirements.
  • Design and execute tailored treatment plans in partnership with educators and other specialists.
  • Deliver therapeutic services aligned with each student's individualized plan.
  • Track and evaluate student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
  • Engage in IEP meetings and collaborate in school-related discussions.
  • Offer expert advice and resources to teachers, parents, and staff on speech and language development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with school-aged populations.
  • Familiarity with diverse speech and language disorders and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Capability to independently manage a student caseload.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
