Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a School-Based Therapist. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication and language development of students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, and monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Professional Development: Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience, with a strong background in assessment, intervention, and collaboration.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
