We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their security needs are met while meeting or exceeding financial and operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience, as well as at least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience. A four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of security officers, site, and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff. You will also be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining effective relationships with clients and employees, ensuring that all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $**$80,000 - $100,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance. Additionally, you will be eligible for our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day security operations of assigned client sites.
  • Manage a team of security officers, site, and/or shift supervisors, including hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating staff.
  • Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
  • Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
  • Assure regular communication of issues or programs with clients.
  • Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
  • Other management responsibilities as determined by leadership.
