Account Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team at Copy Doctor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for all printing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their printing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality printed materials.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the printing or related industry. Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc.) is also required. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
