Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist will work closely with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires a high level of sales experience, strong persuasion skills, and excellent customer service phone experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines as required. They will also be responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of products through Company Training Program and handling sensitive, confidential information with tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Manage and close incoming sales inquiry calls and close outbound sales calls
- Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- High level of proven sales experience over the phone and persuasion skills
- Customer service phone experience
- Punctual (*important to role)
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Documentation Skills and Attention to detail
Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour plus commission.
