Job Overview: As a Residential Recovery Specialist at Sound Community Services, Inc., you will work closely with our team to provide supportive services to individuals with chronic mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

**Key Tasks:**

  • Provide direct oversight and support services to residents in accordance with their individualized plans.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Document resident interactions, progress, and challenges in the electronic medical record.
  • Participate in monthly activities and groups based on life skills assessments.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of behavioral health/human services experience working with individuals who have mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology including e-mail, agency intranet, and electronic client records.
  • Current valid driver's license.
