Role Summary

As a Guest Services Representative (GSR), you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, overseeing all facets of their stay.

Your responsibilities will encompass registering guests, managing bookings, and providing detailed information regarding accommodations, pricing, and amenities. If you possess a passion for customer service and have prior experience in the hospitality sector, we would be eager to connect with you.

Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to ensuring a delightful and unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle online and telephone reservations
  • Inform guests about payment options and validate their credit card information
  • Register guests while collecting essential details (contact information, specific dates of stay, etc.)
  • Greet guests upon arrival and allocate rooms
  • Provide comprehensive information about our establishment, available accommodations, pricing, and amenities
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, organized, and fully equipped to meet guests' needs
  • Assist with laundry tasks as necessary
  • Confirm group bookings and arrange tailored services for VIP guests and event participants
  • Promote additional services and facilities when suitable
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments
Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, GSR, or in a similar capacity is preferred
  • Familiarity with property management software is advantageous
  • Understanding of travel planning platforms, such as Booking and TripAdvisor
  • A strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • A degree in a hospitality-related field is beneficial
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
