Job Summary:

The Patient Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, registering patients, and ensuring timely and efficient registration and admissions processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Admissions: Ensure accurate and timely registration and admissions processes, maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Work Schedule: Day and evening shifts, with occasional weekends and holidays, requiring 80 hours every two weeks.
