We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Phil Long Ford Inc. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sell new vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and services, and effectively communicate these to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as finance and insurance, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Participate in sales training and development programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of new vehicles, features, and services
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
