Oxford Global Resources, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Sales Associate program. This 7-week program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in business-to-business sales.

What to Expect:

  • Account Management Training: You will learn and support our unique Account Management sales process across Oxford's various divisions. You will gain a deep understanding of the critical skills clients in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors regularly look for when hiring consultants.
  • Hands-On Experience: You will gain practical experience in conducting business-to-business sales, learning to network an organization utilizing various sales approaches and technology – phone calls, emails, text, Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn – to foster and grow Oxford's relationships within current and new organizations.
