Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Marketing Consultant to join our team at Welcome Wagon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community leaders
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a commission-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Uncapped commission structure with opportunities for double commissions in the first 90 days
- Bonuses and sales incentives for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Protected territory with exclusivity in your geographic area
- Ongoing training and support from our sales team and management
