Overview


  • This role involves managing appointment scheduling and patient onboarding for a bustling virtual urgent care service. Responsibilities include reaching out to patients ahead of their appointments, ensuring they have the necessary technology set up, assisting with pre-registration processes, and providing support for any technical difficulties they may encounter. The position will also collaborate with the practice manager to modify the scheduling system based on daily operational requirements. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and prior experience in scheduling or customer service, ideally within a healthcare context. This is a hybrid position, requiring initial onsite training, followed by primarily remote work. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
