Position Overview

This role is integral to managing appointment scheduling and patient registration for a busy virtual urgent care facility.

The individual in this position will be tasked with contacting patients prior to their appointments, ensuring they have the necessary technology set up, guiding them through pre-registration processes, and providing assistance with any technical challenges they may encounter.

Furthermore, this role will collaborate with the practice manager to modify the scheduling system as needed based on daily operational requirements.

Key Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and possess prior experience in scheduling or customer service, ideally within a healthcare context.


This is a hybrid position, requiring the selected candidate to participate in initial training on-site for a specified duration, after which the majority of work will be conducted remotely. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Familiarity with office equipment and customer service principles.
