Combined Insurance, a Chubb Company, is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service professional to join our team. As a Loyalty Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and promoting the value of our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support policyholders with insurance product information and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Work with customers to assist with policy cancellations, reviewing products, benefits, and solving service and claims issues.
  • Match our insurance products with the needs of our clients and provide detailed information about policy statuses.
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting for self-service related issues and consistently meet or exceed departmental standards.
  • Exhibit and practice the organization's common purposes and shared traits, including personal connection, empathy, problem-solving, and ownership.
  • Participate in partnership training and mentoring of junior representatives and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Represent the Combined tenants and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and performance requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules.
  • Strong knowledge of worksite products and services.
  • Experience in LSP and worksite related systems.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
  • 5+ years of experience and bilingual skills (verbal, written, read) in English/Spanish preferred.
Education and Experience
  • 2 – 3 years' experience of customer service.
  • High School Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
