As a Remittance Processing Clerk, you will play a critical role in processing wholesale and retail lockbox transactions, FHB corporate in-mail and out-bound mail, and CD-ROM archiving and prepares various treasury deposit reports. If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process wholesale and retail lockbox transactions
  • Prepare various treasury deposit reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
Requirements:
  • Minimum six months general office experience and basic accounting knowledge
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • 10-key by touch
