Job Summary

Hardware Hawaii is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing customer payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions
  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including reconciliations and audits
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
