Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local company recruit for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the greater Honolulu, HI area.

This role is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of $19 to $20, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily deposits for cash receipts
  • Scan, file, and email deposits
  • Prepare deposits for armored car pickup
  • Input cash receipts into the accounting system
  • Assist in the process of monthly tenant billings
  • Research accounts receivable issues and discrepancies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of financial accounting experience and a demonstrated ability in accounting
  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field may be substituted in lieu of experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to occasionally lift a minimum of 20lbs
