About The Role
We're seeking an experienced business development and partnerships professional to join our team as a key player in managing and expanding our national accounts within our growing employer division. Your expertise will be crucial in nurturing our strategic partnerships, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand Wagmo's key growth partnerships
  • Engage and educate stakeholders on the advantages of Wagmo's offerings
  • Ensure seamless integration of our services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external executive stakeholders
  • Thoroughly understand the needs of partners and tailor our offerings to meet those needs
  • Create and implement account plans for strategic partners
  • Lead the execution and continuous management of partnership agreements
  • Identify and leverage opportunities within the partnership to maximize value and increase visibility for Wagmo's services
  • Continuously monitor and report on partnership performance
  • Modify strategies as needed to meet targets

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for persuasive communication and stakeholder management
  • Excellent organizational abilities, including overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex, large-scale, and high-value relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth through partnerships
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and navigate complex org charts
