Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Escrow Assistant

At Title Guaranty Hawaii, we are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant/Escrow Assistant to join our team in our Main Honolulu Branch.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or customer service and be proficient in MS Office Applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Buyers
  • Perform administrative duties such as creating packets for escrow transactions, interpreting contracts, filing, and data entry
  • Use internal computer programs to open, track, and process escrow transactions
  • Assist clients via phone or email
  • Verify escrow entries for accuracy
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative assistance or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
