Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharma Lab Benchtop Support Specialist to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support for lab computers and equipment, ensuring seamless end-user computing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System administration for lab computers and equipment, with a focus on transition of service from another supplier.
  • Desktop support, operating systems support, and customer service.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft OS and related technologies.
  • Lab computers and equipment support experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT hardware and software.
  • Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows XP, Windows 7 OS, Windows 10, and MS-Office applications suite.
  • Knowledge of Linux is a plus.
  • Knowledge with SCCM Patching, Active directory, Antivirus tools, etc.
  • Proficiency in imaging and creating images.
  • Experience in Windows 10 deployment.
  • Participation or leadership in OS migration.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow Tool.
